What information we collect, and why

To provide you with our products and services, we need to collect some information about you – We will only collect the minimum amount of information required to carry out the tasks. This will usually mean we will collect your name and email address as well as some other non-personal information such as your businesses name and address.
We also collect anonymous information on the use of our websites and portals and this service is provided by Google Analytics. None of this information allows us to identify you and is fully anonymised to protect your identity and information.
How we use your data, and where it is stored
We use your data only to provide you with the products and services requested from us. Sometimes, this involves passing your information to a carefully selected group of 3rd party providers however we will only pass information to them required to fulfil the tasks necessary. 3rd party providers we pass your information to are;

Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, considering the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information. Our accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. All our account passwords are encrypted using the latest hashing algorithms, which means we cannot see your passwords and can only reset your password if you have forgotten it. We will never ask for your password through any communication method.

Accuracy and Retention of Data

We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so. If your data changes then you are responsible for notifying us of those changes. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a period long enough to provide you with future services such as accessing data. We may also retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our rights.

Access

We will give access to any personal information we hold you within 30 days of any request for that information. Individuals may request to access, correct, amend or delete information we hold about them by contacting us here. Unless it is prohibited by law or as required to carry out or duties, we will remove any personal information about you from our servers at your request. There is no charge for you to access or update your data, except in extreme circumstances.
